Η εταιρία συστάθηκε το 2012 από τους Ανδρέα Παπαδάκο, την Διονυσία Ντατσοπούλου - Μπριντζίκη και τον Διονύσιο Μπριντζίκη.

Εδρεύει στο Λαντζόϊ Ηλείας.

Η Ηλειακή Ζυθοποιία είναι η πρώτη Ζυθοποιία του νομού Ηλείας και η μεγαλύτερη στη Νότιο Ελλάδα. Με παραγωγή που ξεπερνάει τα 40000 εκατόλιτρα, και τεχνολογίες στην αιχμή του δόρατος, αποτελεί μια απ' τις μεγαλύτερες επενδύσεις ζύθου στην Ελλάδα.

Η Υπερσύγχρονη μονάδα χρησιμοποιεί πράσινη ενέργεια από φωτοβολταϊκά και γεωθερμία.
