Από την ενασχόλησή μου με την ζυθοποίηση κατάλαβα ένα πράγμα... ότι μπορείς να καταφέρεις αυτό που σκέφτεσαι, αυτό που ονειρεύεσαι, αρκεί να είσαι γεμάτος με όρεξη για μάθηση και όρεξη για δημιουργία».
