Μια νέα ετικέτα, σε συνεργασία με την Taxman Brewery, κυκλοφορεί η Upland Brewing Co.
Πρόκειται για την "Extension", μια Sour Ale με 9% ABV, ζυθοποιημένη με ξύσμα πορτοκαλιού, κόλιανδρο και λεμόνι, με ωρίμανση σε δρύινες δεξαμενές για έξι μήνες και επιπλέον 18 μήνες σε δρύινα βαρέλια.
Η μπύρα θα διατεθεί σε φιάλη των 500ml, καθώς και σε βαρέλι.
Μόνο τα εγγεγραμένα μέλη έχουν το δικαίωμα σχολιασμού των άρθρων.

Η 23η Απριλίου είναι η μέρα της γερμανικής μπύρας. Κάποτε η οικιακή ζυθοποιία ήταν κυρίως σε γυναικεία χέρια. Και σήμερα όμως οι μισές ζυθοποιίες διευθύνονται από γυναίκες.
